Morgan Samuels Company offers career coaching services to those individuals looking to accelerate their next career move. This service involves assisting individuals in several key areas:

 

 

We work with individuals one on one over the phone when providing career coaching. This allows our clients complete flexibility when working with one of our coaches.

 

Our coaches are experienced in retained executive search and bring a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to conducting a career search, interviewing for success and strategically planning this move in order to grow your career for the move after this one. All our coaches are certified through coaching programs approved by the International Coach Federation and have logged many hours of coaching focused on productivity enhancement, career fulfillment and life transitions.

 

In order to match you with the best coach we will take an inventory of your current situation, learn what you hope to get out of coaching and identify what you need to move yourself forward.

There are two types of coaching relationships offered by Morgan Samuels Company: the career coaching series and career coaching by the hour.

 

The full series includes strategic planning, detailed resume and cover letter assistance, mock interviewing, networking mastery, compensation negotiations and general career guidance. The series runs over two month time and includes 8 one hour coaching sessions.

 

Coaching by the hour can cover any topic related to your career and does not have to be an ongoing relationship.
