Unlike many search firms, Morgan Samuels clients have almost unencumbered access to the best talent in the marketplace, because as a firm, we restrict the number of clients we work with, and subsequently have few blockage issues which deny access to the broadest candidate pool available. We are not a revenue-centric firm and as such, we have no internally imposed pressure for high volume. Those high volume pressures negatively impact cycle times, create over-capacity workloads, and spread-thin conditions with respect to consultant and research resources.
