SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading all Marketing, Branding, Communications, and Public Relations efforts for our client. This executive will be responsible for defining, orchestrating, and delivering the company’s message to the external market.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
Fifteen plus years of B-to-B-to-C marketing experience.
Ten plus years of technology and “ingredient branding” experience.
Proven success in relationship management, team-building, and customer and client satisfaction.
Successful track record increasing brand awareness through creative efforts and partnerships – aligning marketing spend with multiple stakeholders outside the company.
Exceptional leadership skills including change management.
Successful track record in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial organization.
Proven builder of marketing teams in an aggressive, fast growing, and constantly changing environment.
Proven leadership skills along with sophisticated and accomplished team-building and matrix-management skills with the ability to build strategic relationships at multiple levels within complex and dynamic organizations.
Proven ability to promote technology and services to end users.
Ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree is required (technical field preferred).
COMPENSATION
The selected candidate will receive an attractive compensation package, which will be commensurate with experience, and will include a base salary, annual cash bonus, and equity.
