QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of ten years experience driving the models, policies, processes, procedures, risks and relationships in a wide array of functional areas.
Significant exposure to a wide range of econometric techniques and principles, and a sophisticated understanding of which models and tools are most appropriate for a given business scenario.
A minimum of five years experience overseeing a data management function. Must have an expert level mastery of all standard data handling techniques.
Experience leading, mentoring and developing a high performing team with a minimum of ten employees.
Strong executive presence, impeccable communication skills, and a track record of guiding leaders at the highest levels on their business strategies.
A Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business is required. A Masters and PhD are preferred.
