The Vice President, Marketing will be accountable for building our client’s global brands and driving revenue, profitability, and market share. This executive’s role is multi-dimensional, and involves leading the marketing department in the development and execution of global brand strategies, product line plans, and marketing programs. This position is responsible for global brand leadership, strategic planning and implementation, P&L, financial planning, and overall brand performance for a $250 million business scope. He/she will integrate and drive all marketing strategies within the organization among peer executives as well as with key external customers, including distributors, retailers, event organizers, and consumers. This executive will manage a team of six Director and/or Senior Manager level direct reports, and a total organization of 70+ employees.
