SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is seeking an executive to join the team as President to help continue the company's impressive growth by leading the operating strategies, budgets and manufacturing and sales targets.  This person will be instrumental in helping the company meet its aggressive growth goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• 15+ years General Management experience in a technology driven company.
• 10+ years experience in the RF, microwave component, or sub-system business for space applications.
• 10+ years experience evaluating and developing world class business development and operations teams.
• Extensive knowledge of all areas of highly technical and manufacturing business management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to act as a change agent.
• Proven ability to get up to speed and implement organizational changes quickly, and proven success implementing scalable processes to meet continuing needs for a growing organization.
• A customer facing approach and consistent track record of meeting changing customer needs.
