RELATIONSHIP

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Development Industry Leader.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President, Business Development will develop a broad customer pipeline of opportunities in the Energy & Utilities industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Fifteen plus years of total professional experience. 8+ years experience in the Energy & Utilities industry. Widely recognized as a trusted advisor and process leader.
• Five plus years experience with a top tier BPO or Consulting company.
• Originated and closed more than $60 million in the last two years.
• Proven ability to close multiyear agreements of $25 million TCV or greater in at least three of our Client's service offerings - Finance & Accounting; Procurement & Supply Chain; Customer Relationship Management & Call Center; Transaction Processing; Analytics Services.
• Thrives as a self-starter and entrepreneur but also knows how to drive a diverse team towards a common goal. Enjoys working in a fast paced and client centric environment.

COMPENSATION

The selected candidate will receive an attractive compensation package, which will be commensurate with experience, and will include a base salary, annual target cash bonuses, and long-term incentive.
