Our client is one of the world's largest financial services institutions.

RELATIONSHIP

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Customer Engagement, West.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The Vice President, Marketing will lead and be responsible for the overall account management of important strategic accounts. He/She will develop comprehensive plans that address the account needs while balancing the company's goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Ten plus years mortgage finance experience plus 15 years in an executive role including significant exposure to housing financing and capital markets products and services.
• A thorough understanding of the mortgage finance industry, capital markets and real estate securitization.
• Five years experience working in capital markets or secondary markets marketing sophisticated financial products and services.
• Ten years in a management role in a matrixed organization with proven success delegating to others to achieve company goals.
• Demonstrated success in capital markets, account management, successfully navigating complex organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree is required. A Masters degree is preferred. (MBA, Management Science, Mathematics or Economics or related fields).
