Shinberg as Executive Vice President, Federal Programs and Government Services at Quality Technology Services. Mr. Shinberg had most recently been the Assistant Vice President, Business Development at Science Applications International Corporation. Previous to that, Mr. Shinberg was the Business Development Account Manager at Science Applications International Corporation. Mr. Shinberg received his MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and his BS in Electrical Engineering from United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
