Weiss as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at BAE Systems. Ms. Weiss had most recently been the Vice President, Workforce Planning and Staffing - Information Systems and Global Services Division at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Previous to that, Weiss was the Director, Corporate Staffing at Lockheed Martin Enterprises. Weiss received her JD in Law from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, MS in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, and BA in Psychology from University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.
