Ms. West is a Consultant in the Los Angeles office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing search assignments.

Ms. West held a variety of roles in the Research Department at Morgan Samuels before being promoted to Consultant. Since joining the firm in 2007, Ms. West has successfully executed over 100 retained search assignments across all functions in a wide array of industries with an emphasis on healthcare, entertainment and new media, information technology, and aerospace and defense.

Ms. West began her career as a Recruiter for a national firm that specializes in building grassroots support for social and political campaigns. After exceeding annual staffing goals, she was promoted to National Recruitment Director, responsible for recruitment strategies across numerous campaigns.

Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Ms. West held various roles at Leerink Swann, a specialist investment banking firm focused exclusively on healthcare. She began working with their subsidiary, MEDACorp as the Chief Recruitment Liaison, where she held primary responsibility for building a vast network of healthcare professionals. She also served as a member of the Equity Research department at Leerink Swann, recruiting and interviewing prominent members of the medical community and applying this information into existing investment theses.

Ms. West holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Minor in Philosophy from Pepperdine University.
