Kinohi Orme

Ms. Orme is a Consultant in the Los Angeles office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing search assignments.

Ms. Orme has worked for Morgan Samuels for over five years, serving as the firm's Information Technology Manager, Administrative Manager, a Research Consultant, and as an Engagement Coordinator. She has experience in all facets of search execution, including research, name generation, and database design and management. During her tenure as an Engagement Coordinator and Research Consultant, Ms. Orme recruited on engagements in a wide array of industries and functions. As the Administrative Manager, in addition to managing the Associate team responsible for recruitment and administrative support of the business development team, Ms. Orme also oversaw Human Resources for the firm.

Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Ms. Orme was an Account Manager for Nu Skin Enterprises, a global direct selling company. As an Account Manager, Ms. Orme advised sales executives on strategy and company goal alignment. After achieving record growth in executive retention and overall market sales for her area, she was promoted to Sales Manager for the Western U.S. Region. Ms. Orme began her career as the Office Manager, for Alta Capital Management, Utah's second largest investment management firm.

Ms. Orme holds a BA in Communications Relations from Brigham Young University.
