While Morgan Samuels has been in existence as a retained search practice since 1969, it was not until 1997 that our firm began employing the processes and company culture that drives the firm's continued success and growth. It was in 1997, while a partner at Korn Ferry, that I decided to leave the big firms and join forces with Lew Samuels and create an executive search firm that applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to the executive search process. In doing so, we ensured that each search was executed with speed, tenacity and integrity.
