June 1, 2007 – Morgan Samuels Company, a

placement of Andrew Mastorakis as chief executive
officer, retail bank at IndyMac Bank. IndyMac

the acquisition, development, and improvement

| Mastorakis had most recently been the executive vice president of sales and service at Tri Counties Bank. Previous to that, Mastorakis was the senior vice president, division manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Mastorakis received his MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California, and his BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University in San Jose, California. |
