Sofge had most recently been the senior vice president, community development banking and manager, syndicator finance at Bank of America Corporation. Previous to that, Sofge was the manager, tax credit management at Bank of America Corporation. Sofge received his JD from Whittier Law School in Whittier, California, and his MBA in Finance from University of Houston in Houston, Texas, and his BS in Business Administration from University of Texas in Austin, Texas. |
