MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY PLACES KEY EXECUTIVES AT REALNETWORKS, INC.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – June 1, 2007 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Neil Smith as senior vice president at RealNetworks, Inc. RealNetworks is a leading global provider of network-delivered digital media services and the technology that enables digital media creation, distribution and consumption.

Smith had most recently been the general manager, digital media services and vice president at AOL Music Now LLC. Previous to that, Smith was the executive director, product strategy, digital media and alternative broadband at AOL Music Now LLC. Smith received his BS in Marketing and Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.
