Prior to joining Morgan Samuels Company, Mr. O’Keefe worked as a management consultant on a variety of engagements. Earlier in his career, Mr. O’Keefe worked as a Senior Project Manager and Global Business Analyst with ExxonMobil Production Company, covering cutting-edge, industry leading oil and gas production projects across five continents. During his time with ExxonMobil, he also spent two years as a Project Team Lead for ExxonMobil’s eighth most critical oil and gas field, where he worked closely with operations and government regulators to identify inefficiencies within the asset. He implemented innovative solutions to meet regulatory codes while increasing production and profitability. Mr. O’Keefe holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Purdue University.

Prior to joining Morgan Samuels Company, Ms. Yussefieh worked as an Executive Recruiter for CyberCoders, where she recruited top talent in a variety of industries and functions and was also responsible for new business development. She has a strong combination of contingent and retained executive search experience, having previously worked at both Manpower and Spencer Stuart. She has specialized in various industries focusing on mid to senior executive roles. During her time with Spencer Stuart, Ms. Yussefieh recruited primarily for C-level opportunities in the professional services and private equity practice. Earlier in her career at Manpower, she focused exclusively on permanent placements and was ranked nationally as one of Manpower’s Top Producer’s for three consecutive years (2005, 2006, and 2007). Ms. Yussefieh holds a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Development and Adult Learning from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences and Public Health from James Madison University.
