of financial services companies and national

| The company appointed Joseph
B. Wallace as Director, Capital Markets at Principal
Financial Group. Joseph B. Wallace had most recently
been the Vice President, Investment Banking at
Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin, Incorporated.
Previous to that, Wallace was the Senior Manager,
Economic and Valuation Services Practice at KPMG
Limited Liability Partnership. Joseph B. Wallace
received his JD in Law from Northern Illinois
University in DeKalb, Illinois, and his BS in
Finance from University of Illinois at Chicago
in Chicago, Illinois. |

Also appointed
was Louis Flori as Vice President, Capital Markets
at The Principal Financial Group. Louis Flori
had most recently been the Managing Director,
Corporate Development at Bank of New York Mellon
Corporation. Previous to that, Flori was the
Vice President, Credit Manager at Bank of New
York Mellon Corporation. Louis Flori received
his MBA in Business Administration from University
of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and
his BA in Economics from Bucknell University
in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. |
