- Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management

today announced the placement of Stacie S. Chang
as Manager, Accounting Policy at Fannie Mae. Fannie
Mae operates under a congressional charter that

been the Technical Accounting Manager at Ameriquest
Mortgage. Previous to that, Ms. Chang was the
Technical Accounting Manager - Securitization
at Westcorp. Ms. Chang received her MBA in Business
from California State University, Los Angeles,
and her BA in Accounting from University of South
Florida in Tampa, Florida. |
