announced today that it has added David J. Dumbroski
as Research Director. "Our addition, will

| Prior to joining Morgan Samuels,
Mr. Dumbroski spent six years as the Manager of
Research & Development at Platinum Equity,
a global acquisitions firm specializing in the
operation of mission-critical solutions and services
companies. During his tenure with Platinum Equity,
Mr. Dumbroski was integral in building the Research
Team, and integrating the Research effort within
the company to create value and fuel growth. During
this time, Platinum Equity rose from number 326
on the Forbes Largest Private Companies list to
number 18, with combined revenues of $8 billion. |

| Mr. Dumbroski brings with him
extensive experience across multiple industries
including telecommunications, IT services, business
process outsourcing, insurance services, software,
healthcare distribution, industrial manufacturing
and supply chain management. |

| Mr. Dumbroski holds a Bachelor
of Arts in Communications from Truman State University. |
