MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY PLACES KEY EXECUTIVES AT FLUOR CORPORATION
 
LOS ANGELES, June 05, 2006 - Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced three executive placements at Fluor Corporation, a leading international design, engineering, and contracting firm.
 
The company has appointed Edward Bandauskas as Construction Project Director, EMT. Mr. Bandauskas formerly served as Resident Site Construction Manager with KBR Energy and Chemicals and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
 
Robert G. Rathbun has been appointed as the Human Resources Director for the Fluor Government Group. Mr. Rathbun is the former Vice President, Human Resources for Contrack International. Mr. Rathbun attained his JD from the University of Detroit, and has a BS in Business Management from Oakland University.
 
The company appointed William A. Kinney as the Director, Upstream Facilities Engineering. Mr. Kinney previously served as a Consultant and Project Engineer for EDG Consulting Engineers, and holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
