| MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY PLACES KEY EXECUTIVE AT WELLCARE HEALTH PLANS

Heidi Gearhart as Vice President, Provider Relations
at WellCare Health Plans. WellCare Health Plans
presently provides health insurance products and
related administrative services to members in
Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana,

| Ms. Gearhart had most recently
been the Regional Sales Director, Hepatology at
Roche Laboratories. Previous to that, Ms. Gearhart
was the Senior Regional Account Manager at Agouron
Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Gearhart received her BS
in Medical Dietetics from Pennsylvania State University
in University Park, Pennsylvania. |
