Director at cFour Partners/ITP Worldwide, a leading
independent retained executive search firm with
an exclusive focus on High Technology and Digital
Media. She specialized in assignments at all functional
areas at the officer level and Board Members for
both private and public companies in the Internet,
Software, Digital Media/Entertainment and Communications
sectors. Ms. Happillon also worked extensively
with the Venture Capital community in building
