Corporation. Previous to that, Haines worked at
American Management Systems, Incorporated and
for the United States Department of Treasury.
Haines received his Ph.D. in Economics from New
School for Social Research in New York, New York,
and his BS in Economics and Statistics from Portland
State University in Portland, Oregon. |
