Wahba as Chief Financial Officer at Nero Incorporated. Nero Incorporated is a digital media company with operations in Germany, China, Japan, and the United States. Nero makes software products that allow consumers, businesses, and schools around the world to create, burn, edit, and share music, videos, photos, and other multimedia content.
Wahba had most recently been Chief Financial Officer at HireRight, Incorporated, a subsidiary of employment screening provider US Investigations Services (“USIS”). Previous to that, Wahba was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at The Henry Group, Incorporated. Wahba has a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University in Stanford, California and an MBA with a focus in finance from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California.
