appointed as the Vice President, Claims Strategy.
Formerly, Mr. Israelite was Senior Director, Commercial
Business Sector Product and Marketing with Blue
Shield of California. Mr. Israelite holds a JD
from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law in Atlanta
Georgia, and a BA in Political Science from Oglethorpe
University also in Atlanta. |

C. Smith as the Executive Director, Capital Projects
- South. Previous to this, Mr. Smith served as
the Vice President, Facilities to the Rush University
Medical Center. Mr. Smith holds and MBA from the
University of Western Ontario and a BSC in Engineering
Sciences from the Royal Military College of Canada
in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. |

as an Executive Consultant III, Healthplan Administration.
Formerly, Ms. Draghici was a Senior Associate
with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Draghici holds
a BS in Business from Stanford University. |
