KIM WALKER AND MARY LEES JOIN THE MORGAN SAMUELS

| LOS ANGELES, CA – October
1, 2006– Morgan Samuels Company, a leading
national management consulting firm specializing
in executive recruitment, announced today the
additions of Catherine Kim Walker and Mary Lees
as Consultants in the Beverly Hills office. “Our
new Consultants will work closely with our new
Seattle and Florida offices to find and recruit
exceptional talent for our clients. Their experience
in marketing, technology, and law are areas we
feel very relevant to the growth of Morgan Samuels.
We will continue to invest in outstanding talent
in order to deliver excellence of execution for
our clients,” said Bert Hensley, Chairman

| Prior to joining Morgan Samuels,
Ms. Walker was the Vice President of Marketing
for Green Sandwich Technologies, a manufacturer
of environmentally friendly structural building
products. Prior to Green Sandwich, Ms. Walker
was the Director of Marketing for Bluebeam Software,
a leading file sharing technology company. The
company’s solutions enabled construction
project team members to share and markup large
format design drawings digitally, saving large
AEC firms millions of dollars in printing and
shipping fees a year. Earlier in her career Ms.
Walker worked in a marketing and project management
capacity for New York Times Digital, the digital
arm of The New York Times, and FairMarket, Incorporated,
an e-commerce technology company that had its
initial public offering in 2001 and was acquired
by eBay in 2002. Ms. Walker holds an MBA from
the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a
BA in History from Dartmouth College. |

| Ms. Lees was previously a practicing
Attorney in a high volume national law firm. Ms.
Lees’ practice focused on defending large
credit providers at both the state and federal
level. Ms. Lees began her litigation career in
general civil litigation, focusing on employment
and entertainment law and construction defects.
Ms. Lees has also been a former Human Resources
Manager at Movielink, LLC; a joint venture company
owned by six major film studios. Earlier in her
career, Ms. Lees worked in international film
sales, where she analyzed the products available
in all major film markets for seven international
distribution companies. Ms. Lees holds a JD from
University of Miami, where she spent a semester
studying International Law at University College
of London and received her BS in Psychology from
Loyola University, New Orleans. |
