| CONSULTING VETERANS LISA HOCHBERG AND ANN MONTGOMERY JOIN MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY

- Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management
consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment,
announced today that it has added Lisa Hochberg
and Ann Montgomery as Consultants. "We are
continuing our strategy of hiring business professionals
that will enable Morgan Samuels to provide our
clients with the highest value available in executive
search. The addition of these two outstanding
individuals further enhances our team's ability
to provide high-end and high-touch executive search

| Prior to joining Morgan Samuels,
Ms. Hochberg was an Associate Partner at Accenture
where she most recently was Director of Capability
Development for the Technology Service Line. Ms.
Hochberg's career spanned seventeen years at Accenture
with the last decade focused on the fields of
Knowledge Management and Training. Starting in
1995, Ms. Hochberg was part of a group of consultants
developing the first Knowledge Management program
for Accenture. Since then, Accenture's Knowledge
Management capability has consistently been regarded
as best-in-class among the top management consulting
companies. Ms. Hochberg's experience covers a
wide range of industries including industrial
products, retail, financial services, telecommunications
and transportation. Ms. Hochberg has extensive
international experience, having conducted business
in the US, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle
East. |

| Ms. Hochberg holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Finance from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms.
Hochberg serves on the boards of two non-profits,
Ronald McDonald House and the Los Angeles chapter
of Step Up Women's Network. |

| Prior to joining Morgan Samuels,
Ms. Montgomery spent three years with the Corporate
Executive Board, a Washington, DC based best-practices
research firm serving Fortune 1000 executives.
During her tenure there, Ms. Montgomery held positions
in marketing/business development and client management
where she worked closely with executives across
a broad range of industries. Previously in her
role with marketing and business development Ms.
Montgomery was responsible for securing new client
relationships with Fortune 1000 executives. Specifically,
Ms. Montgomery focused on the CFO, Internal Audit,
Corporate Treasury and Corporate Controller functions.
In 2003 Ms. Montgomery's client development performance
was recognized as breaking a ten-year-long Corporate
Executive Board record. |

the University of Michigan, cum laude with a Bachelors
of Arts in English and Latin American Caribbean
studies. |
