Morgan Samuels Company Places Key Executive at WellCare Health Plans, Incorporated

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – February 18, 2010 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Maurice Hebert as Chief Accounting Officer at WellCare Health Plans, Incorporated. WellCare Health Plans, Incorporated provides managed-care administrative services to government-funded health care programs that provide health care benefits via Medicaid, Medicare, and various State Children's Health Insurance Programs (“SCHIPS”). WellCare serves 2.4 million members and also offers a Medicare prescription-drug plan nationwide.

Hebert had most recently been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer – Hythiam, Incorporated. Previous to that, Hebert was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer – HealthNet, Incorporated.
