| MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY OPENS TWO NEW OFFICES |

| LOS ANGELES, CA – December
1, 2007 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national
management consulting firm specializing in executive
recruitment, today announced the opening of new
Seattle, Washington and Boca Raton, Florida offices.
Morgan Samuels also announced that Randy Back
and Robert C. Reed have joined the company as
Principals and will be located in the Seattle
office. The Seattle office opens its doors on
December 15th. Christian J. Bezick, a Senior Engagement
Director oversees the Boca Raton office, which
is already open for business. “A dramatic increase
in demand for Morgan Samuels services necessitated
the opening of two new offices. The new offices
exemplify our commitment to excellence for our
Seattle and East coast clients,” CEO and Chairman
Bert C. Hensley said. |

| Prior to joining Morgan Samuels,
Mr. Back spent 10 years as an executive recruiter
with Ajilon Finance where he was a top producer
for the organization and was instrumental in building
the Seattle offices’ executive placement division
as both an executive recruiter and division manager.
Mr. Back began his career with Great Northern
Insured Annuity (“GNA”) in 1990. In addition to
Mr. Back’s work experience, he has fifteen years
active service in the Seattle community. Mr. Back
earned his BBA in Accounting from Gonzaga University
in Spokane Washington. |

| Prior to joining Morgan Samuels,
Mr. Reed was in business development and sales
during the launch of WaMu Capital Corporation,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Washington Mutual.
Before joining Washington Mutual, Mr. Reed held
a similar position at Bank of America Securities
Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reed was a project
manager in the treasury and financial analysis
department of Seafirst Bank (wholly-owned by Bank
of America). Mr. Reed holds an MBA and BA in Business
Administration from Washington State University.
Mr. Reed has held NASD Series 7 and WA Series
63 security licenses. |

| Mr. Bezick joined Morgan Samuels
in 2005 and is a Senior Engagement Director. His
experience spans over twenty years in commercial
real estate, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions,
operations, and general management. He is a member
of the Firm's finance and general management practice.
Mr. Bezick holds an MBA in finance and marketing
from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management and a BS in Engineering,
with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering
from the United States Military Academy, West
Point. |
