Prior to Morgan Samuels Company, Pruett was a Senior Client Partner in the Chicago office of Korn/Ferry International, and a member of the Global Financial Services practice with a concentration in the Real Estate sector. Pruett led engagements across multiple real estate market sectors for public and private owners, developers, investors, and REITs, within the development, acquisitions, finance, operations, investment, and services functions. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Pruett was a Managing Director, leading the Chicago office of a boutique retained search firm focused on real estate. He led national search assignments in development, finance, operations, investment fund management, asset management, and corporate services. Pruett holds an MBA from Washington University and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.

Sullivan, who will be based in the company’s New York office, comes to Morgan Samuels Company from Highland Partners where he was the Co-Leader of the Chief Financial Officer practice, and a member of the Consumer/Retail, Financial Services, Technology, and Professional Services practices. Sullivan entered the executive search field in 1997 after a long and successful career in the Professional Services industry. At Price Waterhouse, Sullivan was the Managing Director of Operations for both the Financial Services and the Strategic Risk Service practices. He served as the Vice President of Recruiting and Project Staffing for Technology Solutions Company. Sullivan earned his BS in Accounting from Gannon University.
