LOS ANGELES, Calif. – May 15, 2009 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Sandeep Dudhwewala as Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Ian Robson as Director, Customer Information Systems at Florida Power & Light Company. Florida Power & Light Company is a subsidiary of utility holding company FPL Group and serves some 4.5 million electricity customers in eastern and southern Florida.

Dudhwewala had most recently been Management Consultant at Mitchell Madison Group. Previous to that position, Dudhwewala was Director, Strategy, Business Service Management at CA, Incorporated. Dudhwewala has a BA in Computer Science and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, an MS in Computer Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook in Stony Brook, New York, and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Robson had most recently been Senior Executive and Partner at Accenture Limited, where he had worked for 16 years. Previous to that position, Robson acted as both a Manager and Senior Manager at Accenture. Robson has a BBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas.
