MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY PLACES KEY EXECUTIVE AT LIVE NATION, INCORPORATED

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – May 20, 2009 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Brian Siep as Senior Vice President, Food and Beverage at Live Nation. Live Nation, Incorporated owns or operates some 150 venues in North America and Europe. Annually, more than 57 million people attend some 22,000 Live Nation events. Live Nation also owns House of Blues venues through HOB Entertainment.

Siep had most recently been Vice President, Operations at Planet Hollywood International, Incorporated. Previous to that, Siep also worked for Planet Hollywood as Director, European Operations and Chief Executive Officer – Planet Hollywood France. Siep has a BA in Industrial Psychology from California State University Long Beach in Long Beach, California.
