Jennifer S. Cox as the Senior Director, Financial
Planning and Reporting. Prior to joining E&J
Gallo Winery, Ms. Cox was Vice President, Finance
and Information Technology with Esterline Technologies.
Ms. Cox received her MBA from Pepperdine University,
and her BS in Accounting from the University of
Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. E&J Gallo Winery

| Sigue Corporation has appointed
Elias Mercado as the Chief Sales Agent Management
Officer. Prior to Sigue, Mr. Mercado was Vice
President, Private Client Services with Wells
Fargo, Director of Business Development with Ernst
& Young, and began his career as an executive
in Mexico City with Thomas Cook MasterCard. Mr.
Mercado received his MBA from Instituto Panamericano
de Alta Dirección, and his BS in Economics
and Business from the Universidad de las Americas
in Mexico City, Mexico. Sigue Corporation is the

Don J. Pickering as Director of Tax. Prior to
joining IHOP Corporation, Mr. Pickering was a
Tax Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Pickering
holds a CPA, and received an MBT from University
of Southern California, and a BS in Business Administration
from California State University in Northridge,

| Colgate-Palmolive has appointed
Melissa A. Shields as Manager and Global Spend
Category Leader. Ms. Shields formerly served as
a Senior Procurement Manager with the Clorox Company.
Ms. Shields holds an MBA from the University of
California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics from
Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.
Colgate-Palmolive, a global leader in consumer
packaged goods, operates in over 200 world markets,

Harold Zeitz as the Senior Vice President, Video.
Formerly, Mr. Zeitz was the Chief Operating Officer

Corporation. Mr. Zeitz received his MBA from Stanford
University and has a BS in Economics from Northwestern
University, in Evanston, Illinois. RealNetworks
