MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY PLACES KEY EXECUTIVE AT TD BANK FINANCIAL GROUP

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – November 4, 2008 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Roger A. Johnson as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Strategic Planning at TD Bank Financial Group. The Toronto-Dominion Bank and its subsidiaries are known as TD Bank Financial Group. Roger Johnson had most recently been the Consumer Corporate Workplace Executive at Bank of America Corporation. Previous to that, Johnson was the Vice President, Development – East Division at McDonald’s Corporation. Johnson received his MBA in Financial Management from Pace University in New York, New York, and his BA in Mathematics from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York.
