MORGAN SAMUELS COMPANY PLACES THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AT NEXIANT

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – November 20, 2007 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Michael J. Hammons as chief executive officer at Nexiant, Inc.. Nexiant offers software, hardware, and professional services to comprise a unique MRO solution which provides its customers with the tools and processes to drive to a higher state of excellence in managing MRO.

Hammons had most recently been the chief executive officer at ARGO Tracker Corporation. Previous to that, Hammons was the global vice president, operations at Cogent Communications Group. Hammons received his MBA from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts and his BS in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
