LOS ANGELES, Calif. – January 16, 2009 – Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, today announced the placement of Brian Michon as Vice President, Core Development at Linden Research, Incorporated.  Linden Lab created the Second Life® world, the leading online virtual world in which the users have created all of the content.  Second Life is an open-ended experience, which enables it to be a relevant platform for individuals, virtual businesses, large enterprises, educators, and even governmental organizations.

Michon had most recently been the Vice President, Engineering Shared Development and Services, Central Technology Organization at Intuit, Incorporated.  Previous to that, Michon was the Director, Engineering, Shared Product Components, Central Technology Organization at Intuit, Incorporated.  Michon received his MS in Computer Science from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California and his BS in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
