Morgan Samuels Company, a leading national management

today announced the placement of three executive
placements at Randtron Antenna Systems. Randtron
Antenna Systems, a Division of L-3 Communications,
has been a premier supplier of advanced antennas
and subsystems for over 30 years. The company
produces high quality Department of Defense
antennas specifically designed for the most
challenging and exacting installation requirements. |

| The company appointed
Mauricio Valencia as Director, Business Development.
Valencia had most recently been the Sales Director
at Trimble Navigation. Previous to that, Valencia
was the Interim President and Vice President,
Business Development at Bolt, Incorporated. Valencia
received his MBA in Business from Stanford University
in Palo Alto, California, his MS and BS in Electrical
Engineering from the University of New Mexico
in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |

| Also appointed
was Raju Rayasam as Director, Phased Array Antenna
Systems. Rayasam had most recently been the Senior
Project Manager, IP Telephony Lead at Boeing Satellite
Systems International, Incorporated. Previous
to that, Rayasam was the Senior Project Manager
at Lockheed Martin/ General Electric, Astrospace.
Rayasam received his MBA in Business from University
of Southern California in Los Angeles, California,
his MS from the Indian Institute of Technology
in Kharagpur, India, and his BS from the College
of Engineering in Kakinada, India. |

| Randtron Antenna
Systems also appointed Paul Eberhardt as a MW
Engineering Manager. Eberhardt had most recently
been the Senior Radio Frequency System Engineer
at Pulse-Link, Incorporated. Previous to that,
Eberhardt was the Senior Antenna Engineer, Aerojet
at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Eberhardt received
his AB in Mathematics and Physics from San Diego
State University in San Diego, California. |
