Mr. Zheng is the Managing Director of Karma International Limited, an Asia-based executive search firm actively covering the Greater China market. Prior to founding Karma International, he was a senior consultant at Egon Zehnder International, a leading global, privately held executive search firm. He specializes in the recruitment and assessment of chief executive officers and other senior executives for both multinational corporations and leading Chinese companies.

Previously, Mr. Zheng was a Corporate Officer, Vice President and Greater China Regional Manager of InterGen, a Boston-based global energy investment company jointly owned Bechtel Corporation and Royal Dutch Shell. Since 1986, he had held many senior management and professional positions with Bechtel Corporation in both San Francisco and Hong Kong.

Mr. Zheng completed his Bachelor of Law degree from Fudan University and obtained his MSFS degree from the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
