Ms. Bua is a Principal in the Beverly Hills office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing executive search assignments. She has completed over 150 executive searches since joining the firm in 2004.

Ms. Bua brings over a decade of global recruiting experience, and her clients include large publicly-traded corporations, middle-market companies, and private equity and venture capital-backed enterprises. She has conducted numerous C-level assignments. Ms Bua’s specializes in software, mobile, digital media, entertainment as well as consumer-facing companies looking to transition onto digital platforms. 

Prior to joining Morgan Samuels Company, Ms. Bua worked as an international recruiter for Trilogy Inc.’s Paris office and as an account developer for CollegeHire.com. At Trilogy, Ms. Bua designed a successful global recruiting program throughout Scotland, England, Ireland, Spain, and Switzerland. As a founding member of CollegeHire.com, she developed and managed operating budgets, performed market analysis, created an interview training program, and led the company’s national marketing campaign.

Ms. Bua holds a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an Advanced International Management certificate for her Master’s thesis work, fluency in Spanish and internationally focused coursework. She graduated from Boston College, cum laude, with a BA in Human Development.
