Ms. Bua is a Senior Engagement Director in the Beverly Hills office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing executive search assignments. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels Company, Ms. Bua worked as an international recruiter for Trilogy Inc.’s Paris office and as an account developer for CollegeHire.com.

At Trilogy, Ms. Bua designed a successful global recruiting program throughout Scotland, England, Ireland, Spain, and Switzerland. In the span of her career with Trilogy, she hired over fifty candidates worldwide, demonstrating her ability to identify, penetrate, and close candidates in a specific market niche.

As a founding member of CollegeHire.com, Ms. Bua headed the company’s San Francisco operations. In this role, she developed and managed operating budgets, performed market analysis, worked with the web team to implement on-line, state-of-art candidate and client access systems, developed an interview training program, and led the company’s national marketing campaign targeting technical savvy candidates.

Ms. Bua holds a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an Advanced International Management certificate for her Master’s thesis work, fluency in Spanish and internationally focused coursework. She graduated from Boston College, cum laude, with a BA in Human Development.
