Ms. Hochberg is a Senior Engagement Director in the Beverly Hills office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing executive search assignments as well as leading the company's Knowledge Management program. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels Company, Ms. Hochberg was an Associate Partner at Accenture.

Ms. Hochberg spent the first half of her career with Accenture as a management consultant working primarily in the areas of business process reengineering and logistics. Ms. Hochberg helped a variety of clients to reduce costs and maximize revenue through process implementation and system improvement. Ms. Hochberg's experience covers a wide range of industries including industrial products, retail, financial services, telecommunications and transportation.

Ms. Hochberg more recently focused on the fields of Knowledge Management and Training at Accenture. Ms. Hochberg was part of a group of consultants developing the first Knowledge Management program for the Company and she held Knowledge Management leadership positions for the global Technology, Business Solutions and Travel & Transportation service lines.

Ms. Hochberg has extensive international experience, having conducted business in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. In particular, Ms. Hochberg is considered an expert in building and managing teams in India, having successfully launched one of the first India Capability Development teams for Accenture.

Ms. Hochberg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has also completed preliminary training be a certified executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute. Ms. Hochberg serves on the boards of two non-profits, Ronald McDonald House and the Los Angeles chapter of Step Up Women's Network.
