Mike Sullivan is a Principal at Morgan Samuels Company. Mr. Sullivan is located in the New York market with responsibility for securing executive search assignments and managing client relationships for Morgan Samuels Company. Mr. Sullivan has conducted searches across a wide range of industries in most functional areas of top management with an emphasis on senior finance, sales/marketing and in-charge consulting roles.

Prior to joining Morgan Samuels Company, Mr. Sullivan was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Mr. Sullivan was a Senior Partner in the Professional and Business Services practice, and a member of the Financial Services practice (focused on the Insurance Industry), the Chief Financial Officer practice, the Consumer/Retail practice, and the Technology practice.

Mr. Sullivan entered the executive search field in 1997 after a long and successful career in the Professional Services industry. He was previously the Managing Director of Operations for both the Financial Services and the Strategic Analytic and Risk Service practices at Price Waterhouse. In this role, Mr. Sullivan was in charge of leading the build-out of the STARS (Strategic Analytics and Risk Services) Practice as well as Price Waterhouse's Risk and Compliance Practice focused on the Asset Management space. Price Waterhouse’s Insurance and Asset Management Practices became two of the largest groups within the firm. In addition, to his operations responsibilities, Mr. Sullivan also oversaw all of the recruiting for Financial Services.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sullivan served as the Vice President of Recruiting and Project Staffing for Technology Solutions Company. He has been involved in client service throughout a long association with Arthur Andersen & Co. from his start on the audit staff up through his role as Recruiting Manager and Director of Operations. Subsequent to his time at Arthur Anderson & Co Mr. Sullivan held the position of Director of Administration in the Metropolitan New York Office at Accenture.

Mr. Sullivan earned his BS in Accounting from Gannon University. He is also active in the CancerCare Foundation and the Diabetes Foundation Inc. for which he currently serves as a Board member.
