Mr. Parker is a Senior Engagement Director in the Beverly Hills office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing executive search assignments. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Mr. Parker was a Managing Director in a Chicago based executive search firm.

Mr. Parker brings over a decade of executive search, leadership assessment and talent management consulting with a total of fifteen years of professional experience within three of the top five financial services companies in the United States (Including Wells Fargo & Company, Bank of America and Wachovia).

During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Mr. Parker held the position of Vice President of Executive Recruiting supporting multiple business divisions on a national basis. Mr. Parker led a team responsible for building “in-house” retained search capabilities along with the selection of national and boutique executive search firms. Working directly with divisional CEO’s, Presidents and their direct reports, Mr. Parker and team provided full service executive level recruiting.

Previously, Mr. Parker worked for Wachovia Bank’s Executive Search Group for five years where he was the Vice President and Practice Leader for the Information Technology (IT), E-Commerce and Operations divisions. In this role, Mr. Parker personally conducted retained search engagements supporting both the Corporate CIO and CTO.

Prior to Wachovia, Mr. Parker worked for a boutique Charlotte-based consulting and recruiting firm where he held roles in information technology consulting and recruiting. Mr. Parker began his career within the management training programs at Bank of America and The Associates Financial, where he held various positions including mortgage and consumer loan sales, change management, systems development and project management.

Mr. Parker earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
