Mr. Jobe is a Consultant in the Beverly Hills office of Morgan Samuels Company and is responsible for both executing and securing executive search assignments with emphases on professional services, financial services and consumer goods. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, he was a strategy consultant for HIP Consult, a boutique consultancy focused on providing strategic and operational solutions in emerging markets.

As a strategy consultant, Mr. Jobe developed global benchmarks, financial models and market analyses focused on the telecommunications industry. His insights propelled market share and led to billions of dollars in incremental infrastructure investment for the largest mobile operator in Africa.

Prior to HIP Consult, Mr. Jobe was an Associate Director at the Corporate Executive Board’s London office. Within the Finance practice, his new business development efforts in Austria, Denmark, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom helped the practice achieve 164 percent increase in year over year revenue.

Earlier in his career Mr. Jobe managed the Neutrogena Men’s Brand at Johnson and Johnson, where he oversaw a seven million dollar budget and grew the brand 15 percent year over year. He also has held advisory positions at Vodafone, Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP and was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Jobe holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and fluent in French and Wolof, a West African dialect.
