Known for his ability to connect vision with execution, he partners with investors and executives to align leadership needs with long-term value creation.
Before joining Morgan Samuels, Tyler served as Head of Sales at Activate180, where he scaled go-to-market strategy and built partnerships with CHROs and CEOs across high-growth industries. He previously held executive sales leadership roles at Cintas, a Fortune 500 technology company, where he led enterprise and field sales on the West Coast. His career reflects a track record of building high-performance teams, expanding market presence, and driving sustained revenue growth.
A former professional baseball player, Tyler brings the same discipline, competitiveness, and teamwork that defined his athletic career to his approach in business and leadership.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Tyler now lives in Orange County, California with his wife and three sons. Outside of work, he and his family stay active at the beach, go on road trips along the coast, and enjoy new experiences together. He’s an avid reader, lifelong learner, and committed to fitness—continuing to bring the same focus and drive to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional life.
